While our jewellery is carefully sealed it is not 100% waterproof. Please remove it before showering or swimming. We do not replace jewellery which has been water damaged.
If the metal begins to wear, give it a quick polish with an anti-tarnish or silver polishing cloth.
Please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Contact must be made within 30 days of the item being shipped by us.
Please note that we may require the item to be sent back to us, so please do not discard it. In this instance we will always cover the cost of return shipping. If the item you ordered is no longer available, you may choose a different item or store credit, or we are also happy to refund your money. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address and email address will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any other entities or individuals outside of Happyful NZ. Your information will only be used to process your order. We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when placing an online order.

All images on this website have been taken by us or acquired with express consent from our customers.
All items are described as accurately as possible, and we do our best to ensure that the colours on the images are as true as possible to the actual product, however due to different monitor settings, some variations in colour may occur. If you genuinely feel the colour is not accurate then please contact us.
All pictures used from this website and any associated social media accounts must be credited and receive prior written approval before they are used. We reserve the right to decline requests to use the images at any time without explanation.
